Reimagined Target’s Private Label rebranding by collaborating with VP of Design, totaling $270M in sales during 2015-2018. Created a line of designs starting from the initial stages of development through the production sample stage; i.e. market research, mood board creation, designing flats by hand or CAD, component sourcing, materialization, design adjustments and final production.

• Discovered trends and inspiration each season by traveling domestically, internationally (Europe, Asia), monitoring in-house design, and aligning all inspiration with the clients internal seasonal direction
• Organized FFANY shows and meetings to work closely with the clients, along with the sales team to monitor sales trends, analyze wholesale and retail business reports seasonally
• Worked closely with the client via traveling to their offices and frequent phone calls to ensure product followed their specific design requests and quality standards.
• Traveled to China 3+ times a year to manage development and production stage and build vendor relationships. Supervised overseas development team to ensure fast paced deadlines were met across materials, components, constructions, lasts, protos, and final development samples

Produced full collections bi-monthly with target prices in mind to build affordable quality product. Traveled to China 6+ times a year to work with factories in person to follow through sample development, along with daily review and documentation. Created color and material palettes for each season, with participation in all design and sales meetings to generate meeting notes for all departments.
